• It is designed for users who want fewer numbers, less complexity, and a focused view of the essential information they need to understand and run their business.
• Quickly review your filters, royalty and spending summary, top-performing books, performance graph, leading countries, and book or series results from one streamlined page.
• Rank countries by Net Royalties, Gross Royalties, Paid Units, Free Units, KENP Reads, or Spending.
• Dashboard Essentials is only the starting point. When you feel ready to explore more data, switch to Full dashboard for additional charts, comparisons, tables, and advanced controls.
• Use the Explore links throughout Essentials to open Publisher Champ’s detailed analytics pages and investigate a specific area further.
• Switch between Essentials and Full dashboard at any time. Your selection is saved to your Publisher Champ account and follows you across devices.

• Shared attribution metrics are clearly marked, so totals are not double-counted when multiple FB ads use the same attribution tag.

• Marketing Tools > AMZ Attribution stats

• External Royalties/Expenses now lets you assign a one-off or recurring royalty/expense to more than one book at the same time.
• Use the Book Title(s) selector to choose multiple books when adding or duplicating a royalty/expense.
• The total amount is split evenly across the selected books before saving. For example, a $100 expense assigned to 4 books creates 4 entries of $25 each.
• Units sold are also distributed as evenly as possible. For example, 9 units across 4 books becomes 2, 2, 2, and 3 units.
• A preview now shows exactly how the amount and units will be distributed before you save.
• The recurring end date field now only appears when you select a recurring frequency.

• Ext. Royalties/Expenses

• Amazon Attribution Stats now lets you use a different date range for Facebook spend than for Amazon Attribution results.
• Use the Use different FB dates switch to compare earlier Facebook spend against later Amazon Attribution data.
• This is useful for KU-heavy campaigns where page reads and read royalties can take a few extra days to appear in Amazon Attribution.
• When enabled, the Amazon Attribution date range controls sales, KU reads, read royalties, orders, and Amazon clicks, while the FB Spend date range controls FB Spend, FB Clicks, ROAS, Net, Cost Per Sale, and other spend-based calculations.
• You can quickly choose presets such as FB ends 4 days earlier, or set a custom FB spend range.

• Marketing Tools > Amazon Attribution Stats

• Book Series Stats now lets you temporarily exclude individual books from sell-through and read-through calculations.
• Use the Include in calculation switch on any row to remove that book from the calculation while keeping it visible in the table.
• This is useful when you want to see how your series sell-through and read-through are affected when certain books are excluded.
• Excluded books appear faded, and the remaining included books are calculated in sequence without renumbering the original series order.
• You can also use the new Include free eBooks switch to quickly include or exclude free units from the calculation.

• Analytics > Book Series Stats

• Smart Links now support folders, so you can keep different link workflows separate and easier to manage.
• Create folders like Ad Attribution, Back Matter, Review Links, or Book Launch by typing a folder name when creating or editing a Smart Link.
• Filter the Smart Links table by folder to quickly show only the links you need, including a dedicated No folder option for links that have not been assigned yet.
• When a link is moved to another folder, the visible table updates immediately so the current folder view stays accurate.

• Performance tables now support advanced column filters, so you can quickly find books, authors, countries, platforms, or ad results matching the numbers you care about.

• This fixes issues with foreign titles, accents, and special characters being corrupted when opened in Excel.
• The Excel file preserves international characters in titles and author names, making bulk edits safer for multilingual catalogs.
• The old CSV download option has been removed from the Bookshelf bulk update modal to prevent encoding problems.
• Publisher Champ now accepts .xlsx files for bulk title metadata updates.
• Publication dates, aliases, formats, KENPC, series, and archived status can still be updated in bulk using the same workflow.

• You can now upload your Amazon Attribution tags CSV files and let Publisher Champ automatically match them to your Meta Ads.
• This can save hours of manual work, especially if you manage many ads, books, campaigns, or Amazon countries.
• In simple terms: when a Meta Ad sends readers to the same destination URL as one of your uploaded Amazon Attribution tags, Publisher Champ connects that ad to the correct Attribution Ad group automatically.
• You can upload multiple country CSV files at once from the Amazon Attribution stats page.
• If a matching Meta Ad is not available yet, Publisher Champ remembers your uploaded tags and can assign the ad later after future Meta Ads syncs.
• Existing manual assignments are preserved. Publisher Champ only fills in missing Attribution Ad group assignments.

• You can now use the new Pre-Orders Table in Dashboard > Visual to see your pre-order titles in one clear view.
• The table shows each book’s cover, title, release date, and number of pre-orders.
• You can switch between Future Releases and Past Releases using the new toggle.

• You can now use the new Customize Dashboard button in Dashboard > Visual to control which dashboard sections are shown.
• The settings modal lets you show, hide, and rearrange dashboard sections in one place.
• Hidden sections no longer take up space on the dashboard, keeping your view cleaner and focused on the data you use most.
• The button also shows a quick summary of how many sections are currently hidden and showing.

• We have improved how Publisher Champ detects the destination URLs of your Meta Ads.
• This makes auto-assignment more reliable when a Meta Ad points to an Amazon book page.
• When a matching Amazon book is detected, the ad can be assigned to the corresponding book automatically.
• This helps reduce manual corrections and keeps your Meta Ads reporting more accurate.

• You can now sync your BookMundo sales data automatically in Publisher Champ.
• Previously, BookMundo data had to be uploaded manually through the Ext. Royalties/Expenses page.
• Now, you can connect BookMundo once and let Publisher Champ fetch and import the data automatically.
• You can sync your BookMundo account under Account Setup.

• You can now set Smart Links to redirect readers to different URLs based on their country.
• This is useful for Amazon Attribution links, regional landing pages, or marketplace-specific campaigns.
• Add a required Default URL for readers whose country does not have a specific redirect set.
• Add country-specific URLs one by one, so readers from selected countries are sent exactly where you want them to go.
• Auto-localization only applies to the Default URL; country-specific URLs are always used exactly as entered.
• For example, you can send UK readers to a UK Amazon Attribution link, US readers to a US campaign link, and everyone else to your default book page.
• You can find this under Smart Links when creating or editing a Smart Link. Read the setup guide here.

• Amazon no longer provides automatic reporting metrics for some legacy Sponsored Brand campaigns created before August 2023 through the latest Amazon Ads API.
• This change was completed in the US marketplace on May 22, 2023, and in all other supported marketplaces on August 10, 2023.
• This means affected Sponsored Brand campaigns may no longer show spend or performance data automatically in Publisher Champ.
• This is due to an Amazon change and is outside of Publisher Champ's control.
• Solution: you can keep your current legacy campaigns and manually sync their historical Amazon Ads data by following this guide.
• This manual sync must be performed once per day to fill the missing legacy campaign gaps that cannot be pulled automatically.
• For more details, read our Legacy Sponsored Brand ads metrics guide.
• If you are affected, you will see a warning on your Ads Monitoring page under Marketing Tools > Ads Monitoring. If you do not see a warning, you are not affected.

• You can now switch the Ads Monitoring graph to a dedicated ROI by Book view.
• This helps you quickly see which books are improving, holding steady, or declining over time.
• Use the Top 10, Top 25, or All options to control how many books are shown on the graph.
• You can group the trend by Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to match the level of detail you need.
• The thicker Overall ROI line shows the combined ROI across all books, giving you a benchmark to compare individual titles against.
• Click legend items to select only the books you want to plot, making it easier to compare a few specific titles out of a larger catalog.
• Hover over a legend item to temporarily preview that title on the graph. If you already selected titles, the hovered title is shown alongside your current selection.
• Hovering over a date on the chart shows the ROI values for all visible books on that date.
• You can find this under Marketing Tools > Ads Monitoring in the graph section.

• We have enhanced our IngramSpark data synchronization!
• From now onwards, IngramSpark data can be updated daily instead of waiting only for the monthly compensation reports.
• This gives you more up-to-date visibility of your IngramSpark performance between monthly report releases.
• Due to an IngramSpark limitation, and because they log users out after a few minutes, you will need to re-sync IngramSpark whenever you want fresh daily data.
• The good news is that this is a simple 1-step process on the Account setup page, just like Google Books and Apple Books.

• You can now switch how your Amazon Attribution table is displayed.
• Select either Attribution Tag View or Book View.
• Attribution Tag View keeps the original attribution-tag level breakdown with expandable book subtables.
• Book View combines all subtable rows into one larger table and aggregates results by book.
• Your selected view is saved automatically, so the table will reopen in the same mode next time.

• You can now choose how your Overall Daily Stats table is displayed on your Dashboard > Detailed

• This is especially useful if you run ads across multiple channels, track a launch, or review long-term profitability across different time periods.

• We now have an official API available at https://www.publisherchamp.com/api-docs/
• You can use it to power custom dashboards, reporting workflows, automations, and internal tools built around your Publisher Champ data.
• It also gives you the flexibility to connect your data to your own systems, analytics stack, or AI tools if you want deeper analysis and custom workflows.
• The API comes at an extra cost, and everything about access, setup, and pricing is explained at the top of the API docs page.

• Choose whether Facebook/Meta Ads that are not assigned to a book should be excluded from calculations across our platform.
• Enable it from your Marketing tools > FB Ad Manager or My account > Settings > Spending settings.
• When turned on, unassigned Facebook/Meta Ads will be excluded from your total spending across the whole platform.
  • When you do eventually assigned them to a book later on, they will be automatically included in your spending.

• Create your own platforms to organize royalties and expenses your way.
• Give each platform a custom name and color so it’s easy to spot.
• Use them throughout the app, including filters, tables, and charts.
• Edit them anytime, or delete them when they’re no longer in use.
• Add a new one directly from the External Royalties/Expenses page using the + button next to the platform dropdown.

• We’ve now found a workaround for the recent Barnes & Noble reporting issues and will be rolling it out and testing it over the next 24 hours.
• We have already seen improvements with some of our beta testers, and results so far are looking promising.
• No input is required from your side. Everything will automatically sync back as the rollout continues.
• We’ll continue monitoring the results closely as the workaround is released more broadly.

• Barnes & Noble is currently experiencing issues with their sales reporting on their side, which is affecting our ability to automatically pull updated sales data.
• We have already notified the Barnes & Noble team after our imports started failing due to a server error on their side, likely caused by changes introduced in the last 24 hours.
• This means Barnes & Noble reports inside Publisher Champ may currently appear incomplete or outdated until Barnes & Noble resolves the issue.
• You can reproduce the error by trying to download the last 6 months of data directly from the Barnes & Noble Sales Report dashboard, where an error message is currently being shown.
• If you would like to contact Barnes & Noble about this issue as well, it may help speed up the fix if they receive more reports from affected users.
• Once Barnes & Noble fixes the issue on their side, our reports will update automatically. Thank you for your understanding!

• We’ve added a new Date Filters section in FB Ad Manager so you can choose a Start Date, End Date, or a fixed Time Period (like This Month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days).
• The table now shows ads that had spend between your selected dates, helping you focus only on the campaigns active in that window.
• This makes it easier to manage ads and assign them to the books and countries you want, without having to go through multiple pages of ads.
• Your selected date range is also saved automatically, so when you come back to the page your last selection is still there.

• Amazon rolled out updates over the last few days that affect how attribution data is allocated.
• As a result, allocation in Amazon Attribution Stats is now more accurate and better aligned with reported performance.
• No action is needed on your side. Data will update automatically in the next 24 hours for all users to reflect these improvements.
