How to synchronize your ACX reports

ACX royalty reports are synchronized automatically, so there is no manual ACX importer on External Royalties/Expenses.

Open Account setup to check whether ACX synchronization is enabled for your account.

Check ACX synchronization​

  1. Open Account setup.
  2. Find the ACX connection.
  3. Follow the displayed connection or reconnection steps if synchronization is not enabled.
  4. Allow the synchronization to finish, then review the imported audiobook activity in your reporting pages.

Publisher Champ matches synchronized ACX activity to books using available title and product information. If an item cannot be matched automatically, review the unmatched-title notice and assign it to the correct book.

External Royalties/Expenses

Use External Royalties/Expenses for royalties and costs that are not supplied by a connected account. It is not needed for routine ACX synchronization.
