How to upload your Google Books data

In this article we will show you the step by step on how you can easily upload your Google Books data to our platform!​

We will automate the data importing process later this year!

  1. Download the Google Play sales transaction report from Google Books by following these steps:

    • Login to your Google Books account

    • Go to Reports and select the Google Play sales transaction report

    It is very important to download the correct Report type - Google Play sales transaction report

    • Select the time period you want to export
    • Export the report that you will then need to upload to our platform

  1. Go to Ext. Royalties/Expenses page on our platform

  2. Locate the Add Royalties from other platforms button


  1. Select the Google Books platform from the dropdown and upload the file

  1. Let it run for a few seconds and the data should be imported!
tip

If some of your Google Books titles do not match any of your existing titles, you will be able to merge your titles by following our guide here
